This is one of my favorites!
And keeping with the theme of being a bit different this recipe is not the same as ALL of the other Bird’s nest
recipes!
1 jar (7
ounces) marshmallow cream / mini marshmallows
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons butter or margarine,
melted
1 can (5 ounces) chow mien noodles
M&M's or jelly beans
Confectioners' sugar
Mix marshmallow cream, peanut butter
and butter until smooth.
*HINT
If you use the mini marshmallows
melt as you would for rice crispie treats
Stir in
chow mien noodles.
Chill until
easy to handle.
* Or shape
with slightly buttered hands
On waxed
paper, using 1/3 cup of mixture form into nest
Place M&M's
or jelly beans in each nest.
*Optional:
Chill for
30 minutes
Dust with confectioners'
sugar.
