    4 “white” fish fillets (flounder, cod or Pollock)
    Pinch garlic power
    Pinch dried basil
    Pinch white pepper
    2 tblsp butter  
    Red food-coloring
    Blue food-coloring
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
~~Rinse and pat dry fillets

~~Place skin side down on baking pan

~~Sprinkle fillets with garlic, basil and pepper.

~~Melt butter

~~Divide between 2 small dishes.

~~Add red food coloring

~~Add blue food coloring

~~Baste one-half fillets red

~~Baste remaining fillets blue.     
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork
    Makes 4 servings.
