Pixie sticks

Baby food jars (or empty baby bottle pops)



Cut top off pixie sticks

Pour into jar in layers

Use two at once

Tilt jar to make different designs

Variation 1:

Variation 1 --

Fruit loops

Freezer bags

Rolling pin

Kitchen towel


Separate colors

Place in separate bags

Place kitchen towel over bag

Roll rolling pin over it until crushed

Pour into jars in layers

Variation 2:


Food coloring (use powder if you can find it)



Divide food coloring into baggies

Add coloring

Mix in bag (pour on plate or newspaper to dry—not necessary)

Follow directions from above
